Artist/ Designer/ Workshop leader


Throughout my work I am interested in how time and emotion can be symbolised by objects. I enjoy the feeling that life can often seem quite surreal, and employ a playful approach in exploring its physicality and possibilities...

A training in ceramics and archaeology has informed my recent work. I keep constant sketchbooks of ideas and observations on my travels. Using clay and other familiar materials, I am concerned with creating dialogues that highlight everyday cycles and rituals of both nature and culture.

I am available for commissions, workshops, event decoration and private tuition (incl. drawing, ceramics, collage, recycled materials).
